Can I connect more than one Square location to Unify for Square?
Each Square location will be automatically connected to Unify when you sign in. The connection to your accounting platform is universal for all Square locations connected within Unify. You can disconnect specific locations later if you’d like, but who would want that?
How long does it really take to set up?
Unify connection and setup takes about 10-15 minutes. After that, your transactions will be downloaded and ready to be synced to QuickBooks.
Can I sync my inventory quantities in QuickBooks Online to my Square POS to keep my product availability status accurate and up-to-date?
Yes, once products are linked from QuickBooks Online to your Square location via Unify, syncing is possible. Transactions from your Square location will sync to QuickBooks, reducing on-hand volume. As you replenish your inventory, you can sync those quantities to your Square location either automatically (on a set schedule) or manually (on demand).
